34 WEEKS

I cannot believe how fast this pregnancy has gone by! It's crazy to think I've been pregnant since before Christmas! And now here we are at 34 weeks, and I only have 5 weeks until my scheduled induction! Part of me is super excited and ready to not be pregnant anymore, but another part of me just wishes we could hit pause for a while and I could just enjoy time with Quinn and Jared, as just the 3 of us. We will never be a family of 3 again, and to me that is just so bittersweet! There is a reason I waited so long before having another child. To me our family just seemed so perfect and complete with just the 3 of us. I felt like I didn't need more kids to be satisfied. I had one perfect child who I have the best relationship with and that was more than I could ever ask for! But of course Heavenly Father knew better, and he gave me the most amazing 4 years with my 2 boys. And you know what? Even though it took me way too long to warm up to the idea of another child in our family, I now know that this little boy is meant to be! I was always meant to be a mom of 2 little boys, and who knows, maybe a little girl in the (distant) future?? *hint hint* I cannot wait to welcome this little boy into the world in just 1(!) month!

34 WEEKS

Weight Gained: 18 lbs. I gotta say I'm pretty proud of myself for gaining WAY less than I did with Quinn!

Cravings: Apple Crisp, Vanilla Ice Cream.
Aversions: Crackers
Symptoms: Heartburn and increased pelvic pressure- baby is head down and has dropped a little bit!
Maternity Clothes: I've stopped buying maternity clothes since I don't have much time left!
Movement: Braxton Hicks ALL THE TIME and some pretty painful jabs and kicks from the little man.
Purchases: I finally got the pack'n'play, minky blanket, some more baby clothes and necessities, and a baby wrap (coming in the mail today!!!)

Things I Miss: Sleep! This acid reflux and big belly are killing my sleep cycle!
